We sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is intended to make the exchange/return process as smooth as possible. Please trust that we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our return policy is guided by the Sunnah, and we accept returns for any perfume that you find unsatisfactory. Please be aware that processing your request may take 4-5 working days.

Key Points:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 05 days of purchase.
• Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns/exchanges for 5ML spray testers.

Important Note: This policy is applicable only to online purchases.

If the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond the condition it was sent in, there may be small fees involved.

For perfumes, a small fee will apply if the bottle has been used up to 10%. No charges will be applied for negligible use, but if more than 10% has been used, the return will not be eligible.

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please follow our return checklist, which ensures that the returned product aligns with our guidelines.
